Le Plan du Castellet, La Bastide, La Cadière, Sainte Anne d'Evenos and Ollioules; predominantly clay-calcareous, the domain benefits from a rich variety of distinct positions.
Age of vineyards

Agriculture
Environmental. The entire agricultural process is aligned with the rhythm of the seasons and the lunar calendar.
Harvesting and vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and de-stemmed in the cellar, crushed and placed in concrete vats where they ferment for 3 to 4 weeks thanks to natural yeasts. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months before bottling.
Sensory properties
The prominent cuvée of the domain combines the discreet power of Bandol with the elegance and finesse characteristic of Tempier. This wine's complexity is the result of the different terroirs and the diversity of their clay-limestone soils. In addition, the terraces have different sun or wind exposures.
Pairing with dishes
Suitable for lamb with garlic, duck with olives, roast rabbit with thyme, roast quail or pan-roasted porcini mushrooms.

16–18 °C
Archiving potential
4-15 years to fully develop the complexity of the cuvée, its fruit and other aromas (wood, tobacco, old leather). Depending on the vintage, the archiving potential can be even longer. Decanting is recommended.
